The Opera of Idaho Visits Wilson

The Opera of Idaho performed "Cinderella" for our 4th and 5th grade students on Tuesday, January 31. Students also had an opportunity to be guest performers in the show. Ms. Quier and Ms. Martin debuted their acting careers as Cinderella's step sisters.

STEAM Night!

On Thursday night, Wilson Elementary hosted our 2nd annual STEAM night. We had over 350 participants, plus numerous parent volunteers as well as students from Syringa Middle School, Caldwell High School, Micron Technology, and the Boise Art Museum. A huge thank you to all of these individuals and our STEAM Night Committee, headed by Susan Martin for helping with our event.

A New Book for Second Graders

Thank you to Caldwell Rotary Club for stopping in to Wilson on Thursday, January 26 to deliver a new book to every second grade student. Our second graders loved their new book and started reading them right away!

Thank you to our Parent Volunteers!

Wilson Staff got a delicious treat the morning before Christmas break. Our generous and kind Parent Volunteers baked up a spectacular breakfast including juice and water to keep the staff going on a snowy, busy day. Wilson Staff was also given needed supplies for the staff lounge. Wilson is very lucky to have such a thoughtful and caring group of parent volunteers. Thank you so much!!!

Santa Came to Wilson!

Wilson Wolverines got a wonderful surprise during our Sing Along...Santa! He helped us celebrate the holiday season by singing with us. Santa continued to surprise us with a visit in the classrooms. He took pictures and handed out candy canes. Thanks Santa for making our spirits so bright!!!
